Premium surface designs enriching luxury development’s interiors

Della ROSA is a boutique collection of twelve luxury residences in the heart of New Farm, where timeless architecture, refined interiors and exceptional craftsmanship come together to create an enduring sense of place. LI Surfaces was proud to supply Innovus Mediterranean decorative surfaces for the cabinetry throughout the development, delivering a warm, sophisticated finish that complements the project’s elegant design vision. The development draws inspiration from the character of New Farm while embracing contemporary luxury through carefully considered materials and detailing.

We are proud to have contributed to this outstanding project and extend our sincere thanks to Frank Developments for their vision and leadership, and BYculprit for creating such beautifully considered architecture and interiors. It was a privilege to work alongside Signature Property Partners and OneStop Joinery in bringing this exceptional development to life.
